The International Institute for Global LeadershipHere at EticoTEC we believe in "paying it forward" which is why we donate 10% of our profits to the International Institute For Global Leadership (www.global-leadership.com). IIGL is a tuition-free, internet-based education program which provides a curriculum in consciousness designed to prepare students to become personally empowered, consciously aware, high-integrity and heart-centered leaders in their communities and the world. The study program is open to participants of any age and from anywhere in the world.

It was from the International Institute For Global Leadership that we learned to ask two very important questions which made such an impact that they are now at the very core of what we do at EticoTEC..

These two questions are:

Does it grow corn?

A Native American expression not unlike "Walk your talk". It means that ‘corn’ is our sustenance and responsible for our survival. If what we do doesn't contribute in some way to growing corn it's not a priority. Staying focused is the key to survival and sanity. The true trick is to find a few minutes where you can breathe and think, and then define what is YOUR corn? A question that as we get to know you, we will no doubt be asking ;)

How will this affect the world seven generations from now?

We are long term thinkers and we seek to build long term relationships with those who are contributing to the vision we hold for the world, seven generations from now.  We're not in business for quick wins, we are here to lead a legacy, and leave behind a world comparatively transformed to the one we came into. We believe we do not inherit the world from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children.
