Contracted by the United Nations Development Programme to develop a number of internet portal websites, namely www.apdip.net, the main portal for the UNDP's Asia-Pacific Development Information Programme.
Provided consultancy services and implementation of the recommendations made, through analysis of APDIP, its programs, e-government / e-governance in the Asia-Pacific region, and existing APDIP.net web content.
Developed the APDIP.net website and open source content management system, through the application and development of web standards including, though not limited to, HTML/XML, CSS, Plone CMS, workflow design and implementation, application of UNDP style guides and known best practices.
